Molecular Formula: C44H58O13
Description : Rediocide A is extracted from the herbs of Trigonostemon reidioides (Kurz) Craib. It can inhibit calcium mobilization in Drosophila G-protein- coupled receptors (GPCR)s other than methuselah and induce GPCR internalization and desensitization, which are mediated by the activation of conventional protein kinase C. It displays potent activity against fleas (Ctenocephalides felis) in an artificial membrane feeding system with LD(90) values ranging from 0.25 to 0.5 ppm. It is used as an insecticide. - Molecular Weight :794.92
